Well.. good luck proving that it was deliberate. Not a lot of bread crumbs. Filling in the blanks with "must have" or "should have" is not good enough. Proving that the lady input weight X when she should have used weight 1.05X is a judgment call. As for suing her? Democrats have had NO PROBLEM suing Republicans for every single little thing... WELL, the SHOE is on the OTHER foot now... and unless the guilty pay severely? The BULL $HIT will continue... and NOTHING is more cleansing than a Multi Million $$$ lost law suite !!
